A multi-site creative experience for Shutterstock at the Cannes Film Fest including a pavilion, a 3 level staircase, large scale billboards, and various environmental design applications.

Multi-Site Experience

The intent was to market Shutterstock’s extensive 3D asset library at Cannes, but without relying on using the actual 3D images. I presented a combination of vast magenta cloudy skies in contrast to simple, geometric structures like walls, windows, columns, and floating platforms. The flat contrast with expansive space created some illusionistic spatial moments that highlights their focus on dimensional images. The pavilion presented various experiences for viewers to experience a range of the product while attending visual design panel discussions.
