


Brand Strategy
La Moule is styled after a vision of a late 70’S NYC Lower East Side bar with a Belgian/French focus. The aim was to have elegance but with unique, playful elements of a casual, darker bar scene. A dark blue/blue-green interior references the sea and keeps it moody. The menu is playful with kitsch and vintage illustration inspiration. The wallpaper is a large statement moment designed in reference to love using the mussel in a heart shape. Moments of unique lighting fixtures and photos of music icons complete the ambiance.
